Advanced Packaging Manufacturing System

All production processes at HAFAS are operated on a synchronized, fully integrated production line, utilizing machinery imported from Germany, Japan, Taiwan, and China.
We are capable of handling everything from small orders to large-scale production, with a capacity of 25 million prints per year and up to 100,000 boxes per day in post-print finishing.
Key equipment at HAFAS includes:
  • Komori Lithrone L440 Offset Printing Press (Japan) – 4-color printing, speed up to 10,000 sheets/hour, delivering sharp and consistent output.
  • Sugano NFS-1150M Automatic Die-Cutting Machine (Japan) – 450-ton cutting force with high precision.
  • Automatic Laminating Machine (Taiwan) – speed up to 4,000 sheets/hour, capable of laminating duplex boards up to 500 gsm.
  • Semi-automatic UV coating machines, thermal laminating machines, and high-speed folder-gluers – ensuring refined and high-quality finishing.
  • X-Rite color measurement system (USA) – color control in compliance with G7 and ISO 12647 standards.

Core Packaging Manufacturing Techniques at HAFAS

  • 4-color offset printing
  • Hot foil stamping, embossing/debossing, UV coating, gloss and matte lamination
  • Automatic box gluing, corrugated lamination (E flute, B flute, and 5-ply board)
  • Finishing of hang tags, labels, catalogs, and premium gift boxes
